Mini Storage has an exciting announcement!! We are bringing in National Grid to retrofit all of our existing lighting to brand new LED lights. We're talking over 150 individual lamps! This will give us much better control through the use of motion sensors, dimming capability, zone control and programming options. Not to mention we'll have brighter hallways and less energy waste!!

We think this will serve our customers well by giving them the option of paying over the phone or even automatically every month. While Lowell Mini Storage does not require our tenants to purchase insurance, we do ask that you have coverage for your belongings while you store with us.  This is solely to protect both you and us in the case of fire, lightning, hail or windstorm, roof collapse, smoke or water damage, vandalism, burglary, and on and on. Therefore we are now offering 3rd party insurance. This is a very affordable option for coverage with a very easy claims process too so you can relax and rest assured that your valuables are safe with Lowell Mini Storage.
